How do I pay?: Mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa) and card. Monthly plans are billed each month and you can cancel any time; Single Event is paid once and there is nothing to cancel. Either way your data stays available for 30 days after you stop.
Do I have to subscribe?: No. If you are organising one wedding or one send-off, take Single Event, you pay once, run the event, and that is the end of it. The monthly plans are for people running events regularly.
What counts as an event?: One occasion with one guest list. A wedding and its reception the next day are two events if you send separate invitations, or one if you send a single card covering both.
Do guests need an account?: No. Guests open a private link, RSVP, and show their QR code at the gate. They never sign up for anything.
What happens when I hit my guest limit?: We tell you before you hit it, not after. Nothing is deleted, you upgrade and carry on.
Do you charge for SMS and WhatsApp?: No. You connect your own SMS or WhatsApp account, under your own sender name, and pay your provider directly at whatever rate you have negotiated with them. We charge for the software and nothing else, there are no message credits to buy and no margin on top of your provider.
